“All the way to Norway”

Modern Barber caught up with its Issue 9 cover star after his move to Oslo. Jac traces the road back to his mum’s salon in Griffithstown, which he joined straight from school in 2007, his switch to barbering and the Bojangles British Barber Club. After three months learning the Norwegian market he opened Escape Barber Shop, and he talks about what Norwegian clients expect from a barber, the value they put on skill, and growing his education work alongside the shop.
