Cookie policy

Last updated 3 November 2026.

Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. This site sets none that track you unless you say yes.

Always on

• Your cookie choice (jl-consent, saved in your browser): remembers whether you accepted or declined, so we do not ask on every page.
• Admin sign-in (WordPress cookies): only for people who manage the site.

Only if you accept

• Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*, up to 14 months): counts visits and which pages people look at. IP addresses are anonymised.
• Meta Pixel (_fbp, up to 3 months): measures Jac’s ads on Instagram and Facebook.

Only if you use them

• The Ask assistant loads only when you open it, and may save your conversation in your browser so you can pick it up again.
• Fresha, if you choose “Book a haircut”, sets its own cookies on its own site.

Change your mind

Use “Cookie settings” at the foot of any page to accept or decline again. You can also clear cookies in your browser settings. See the privacy policy for how we use the information.
