These terms cover your use of jacludlow.com, run by Jac Ludlow. By using the site you accept them.
Enquiries and bookings
Sending an enquiry is not a booking. A session, course or consultation is confirmed only when Jac confirms it with you in writing, with its price and terms. Haircuts are booked through Fresha with the salon, under the salon’s and Fresha’s own terms.
Photos and content
The photos, words and design on this site belong to Jac Ludlow or to the photographers, publications and brands credited with them. You may share links to the site. Please do not copy, download or reuse the photos without permission; ask Jac first.
Links to other sites
The site links to Fresha, Instagram, the salons and publications. We are not responsible for their content or how they use your information.
Accuracy and liability
We keep the site accurate and up to date, but details such as salon opening hours can change; check with the salon before you travel. We are not liable for any loss from using the site, except where the law does not allow us to limit liability.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
